In a coaching relationship, you choose what you want to work on, you set your own goals and actions. In other words, you are always in charge. What our coach brings to the table is a set of professional skills and a process for helping you understand your identity in Christ, identifying your tailor-made purposes in life, designing action plans to realize those God-given purposes, and encouraging you every step of the way to carry out your action plans.
we offer both discipleship counseling and life coaching. You might ask, how is coaching different than discipleship counseling? A discipleship counselor’s goal is to move people toward wholeness and healthy relationships with God, self, and others. Our Life Coach helps people who currently operate in wholeness and health, maximize their lives. While discipleship counseling often delves into the past to bring to light false beliefs to establish new healthy thinking, coaching focuses on the future. Our coaches will help you listen to the Holy Spirit and allow Him to direct your path. Often the biggest obstacle to our dreams isn’t knowing what to do: it’s having the confidence that God WILL speak and lead, and that you can hear and know His voice. Coaches have mastered the art of believing in people rather than telling them what to do.
